Bale Breaker / Shredder

Opening of compact plastic bales into sortable units.

The specific configuration is project-specific. The following information provides an initial technical overview for planning the recycling line.

Function After removing the packaging wires, the material is fed into a hopper. A hydraulic arm presses it against the knife rotor; a dosing screw continuously transfers the material stream to the next stage.
Application area Separation and dosing of PET bottles, packaging units, and other compacted plastic streams.
Role in the line Components for the preparation, separation, conveying, manual quality control, and sortable processing of post-consumer packaging plastics.
