Density separation of different plastic types in the washing medium.

The specific configuration is project-specific. The following information provides an initial technical overview for planning the recycling line.

Function Plastics are separated in a separation medium whose density lies between the materials to be separated. Typical tasks are PET/PO, PVC/PO, or PS/PO in water; other media are possible.
Application area Material separation in washing lines, especially for separating PO or PVC fractions.
Role in the line Components for rinsing, wet grinding, cleaning, separation, hot washing, post-rinsing, and bagging of plastic flakes.
