Density separation of different plastic types in the washing medium.

具体的な設計はプロジェクトごとに行います。以下の情報は、リサイクルライン計画のための初期技術概要です。

機能 Plastics are separated in a separation medium whose density lies between the materials to be separated. Typical tasks are PET/PO, PVC/PO, or PS/PO in water; other media are possible.
適用範囲 Material separation in washing lines, especially for separating PO or PVC fractions.
ライン内での役割 Components for rinsing, wet grinding, cleaning, separation, hot washing, post-rinsing, and bagging of plastic flakes.
