STF Thermoform-Folien GmbH was founded in 1980. The experience and expert knowledge, which was gained in more than four decades, define the quality of our products and we share the know-how we acquire with our customers.

Modern production lines for the extrusion of plastic films and sheets enable the highest possible rate of flexibility and help us to meet our customers’ requirements. Our long-standing employees are highly knowledgeable and with their great competence they have the right knowledge for customized high-quality products. At our site in Aicha we produce on three extrusion lines in shift work.

We extrude thermoforming foils and sheets from polystyrene virgin material, polystyrene regrind or mixtures of both of them with machine-smooth surfaces by using mono- or co-extrusion. Polystyrene virgin material, for example, is available in all RAL standard colors, pantone colors or according to the customers specifications.

All of our products are suitable for recycling – without any exception. We offer our customers to take back or purchase production residues and surplus materials for rework. In all of our actions, we have always focused on the preservation of precious resources and an optimal value creation by recycling the material.
