Intensive flake cleaning with hot water and detergents.

具体的な設計はプロジェクトごとに行います。以下の情報は、リサイクルライン計画のための初期技術概要です。

機能 A precisely adjustable residence time in the washing medium supports the loosening and removal of adhesives and organic contamination. Besides caustic soda, other washing media can also be used.
適用範囲 Hot washing of flakes with a density higher than the washing medium, particularly for PET processing.
ライン内での役割 Components for rinsing, wet grinding, cleaning, separation, hot washing, post-rinsing, and bagging of plastic flakes.
