Product details

Separation of light fractions from heavy flakes.

The specific configuration is project-specific. The following information provides an initial technical overview for planning the recycling line.

Function The material enters the separation zone via cyclone and rotary valve. Heavy flakes fall down, light particles are extracted at the top. The zigzag geometry keeps the material stream in motion.
Application area Air separation of labels, dust, and light residues after shredding.
Role in the line Components for rinsing, wet grinding, cleaning, separation, hot washing, post-rinsing, and bagging of plastic flakes.
