Separation of light fractions from heavy flakes.

具体的な設計はプロジェクトごとに行います。以下の情報は、リサイクルライン計画のための初期技術概要です。

機能 The material enters the separation zone via cyclone and rotary valve. Heavy flakes fall down, light particles are extracted at the top. The zigzag geometry keeps the material stream in motion.
適用範囲 Air separation of labels, dust, and light residues after shredding.
ライン内での役割 Components for rinsing, wet grinding, cleaning, separation, hot washing, post-rinsing, and bagging of plastic flakes.
